RENT is $800 per month plus $800 security deposit.  POWER & WATER must be in tenant's name before moving in. 

We allow certain dog breeds, with a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit of $500 per pet.  NO CATS ALLOWED.   

* If you own a pet that is not spayed/neutered, please consider the "SNIP" Clinic in Florence, SC for very reasonable surgical rates:  843-407-7981  www.peedeesnip.org located on Hwy 76.  This clinic promotes spay/neuter and only charges the minimal amount, to cover medical expenses.

From Myrtle Beach area, take Hwy 501 into Conway:

 

 

From 501 Bridge, follow Hwy 701 South for 1.1 miles.  TURN RIGHT onto JANETTE STREET at the Scotchman convenience store (on your right).  Janette Street becomes/turns into KATES BAY ROAD shortly after turning onto Janette.  Follow Kates Bay 4.2 miles, passing the "Quick Shop" convenience store on your right.  TURN LEFT onto DONGOLA Highway.  At this turn, you will notice an electrical sub-station of power line structures on the corner of Kates Bay & Dongola.  Follow DONGOLA for 1.9 miles, to the two entrances of NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY, on your RIGHT.  The first entrance into this subdivision has a brick-bordered sign that reads "Northwood Community."  TIDWAY CIRCLE is the main drive that connects the two entrances into Northwood.

From Marion/Florence area, take Hwy 501 into Conway, and watch for the 9^th Avenue intersection, with

Bi-Lo and CVS Pharmacy on your RIGHT.  Turn RIGHT onto 9^th Avenue, and follow this street out, to find that it BECOMES Kates Bay Road.  Use directions above for the remainder of your drive.

1204 Midvale Drive:  Turn Right into the FIRST ENTRANCE (Brick-bordered sign for "Northwood Community" at first entrance); Turn LEFT onto Donahue Street, and then RIGHT onto MIDVALE DRIVE.  #1204 is the first house on your RIGHT, with beige vinyl siding and matching storage building in back yard.

#1365 Tidway Circle (beige siding) and #1369 Tidway Circle (green siding) are next-door-neighbor houses.  Take either entrance into Northwood, and you will be ON Tidway Circle.  Follow Tidway until you see these houses, toward the back of the community.

Northwood is 6 miles (10 minutes max) from downtown Conway, and about 30 minutes from the ocean of Myrtle Beach. Northwood is a family-oriented community; you will see children on bikes, residents walking throughout the community, etc.

* Trash Pick-Up (on Tuesdays) is available through Waste Industries.  Call for fees, 843-397-5586.  The local recycling station is less than 2 miles from Northwood if you would rather haul your own trash to "the dump."

in 2011, when #1365 Tidway Circle was empty.

ALL 3 of our Northwood houses have the SAME FLOOR PLAN with neutral colors throughout the home.  Bedrooms have carpet.  Kitchen, Bathrooms and Living Rooms have linoleum floors.
